Here’s my entry for the superhero topic we’ve got going on the forum where you have to take a picture of yourself and use whatever image editor / drawing program to turn yourself into a superhero.
Picture and posing is me obviously, all the editing has been done by my wife who now officially beats the crap out of me when it comes to mad gfx skills.

Zomg, I was like, totally famous for 5 minutes. Myeah, maybe not. I was however on the front page of 5minutesfame.com for 5 minutes, showing off my last tweets and my twitter profile, just because I was the first to enter my name in that 5 minute timespan.
All of that gained me a massive 1 new follower on Twitter. Time to sink back into obscurity.

It’s always nice to come across a tutorial that actually works, I lost track of how many times I followed a tut and the jump from penultimate to final stage was huge and unexplained.
This one however turns out just fine.
Definitely one to watch, JCVD stars Jean-Claude van Damme as himself in what must be one of the most ironic movies ever as the whole thing is part parody/reflection of his own past as a person as well as his career in the shall we say less high profile movies.

And that concludes my daughter’s first post, who at a little over 16 months is a bit way too interested in technology, figuring out how to use the remote and turn on the tv and zap at age 10 months, not to mention running around with daddy’s cellphone yelling hello hello at it and then holding it up to her ear pretending someone is talking back.
Kids… best thing EVER!
And just as I was about to update this post caught my eye in my newsfeed.
Apparently even on a Mac it’s good to wait a few days before installing a major operating system upgrade.
EDIT: Never mind, 10 minutes after posting this I get a message from my iMac saying it’s already downloaded the update and asking me if I want to install it.
2 clicks and 5 minutes later and here we are, all is right in the world.
Now I hope it’ll go as smoothly on the Mini, seeing as that’s a bit more critical.
