List of worthwhile anime

Here’s a pic I came across today with a huge list that someone compiled of worthwhile anime to watch.
I’ve seen quite a few of these and agree with most of them being included, so I’ll definitely be checking out the rest.
Feel free to add your own suggestions in the comments, I’m sure there’s a lot that could be added.

  2. Meh, that goes for any art form, but at least the market’s bigger now. Although that also makes it harder to stand out.
    I don’t know why, but I’ve never been able to get into manga the way I did with anime. Which is extra weird considering I’ve got thousands of comics and graphic novels from back in ye old days, but somehow manga never really got me involved. Maybe it’s the black and white-ness, or the toilet paper it’s printed on, but I always found it to lack a lot of atmosphere which anime did offer. Or maybe the manga I tried just weren’t that good.
    As for anime, I’m so out of touch with what’s current and good it’s not even funny, which is why it’s nice to come across things like this from time to time to see if there’s anything awesome I haven’t seen yet.
