NhaBeXim Taro Chips.
It tastes industrial dry, most likely for longer preservation and has the slight taro taste.
The only plus is that it’s completely crispy, I guess.
I still rather slice the slimey taro root and fry it myself for optimum taste.

Take a nice crispy freshly baked french baguette.
It should be cooled down to room temperature
- Spread some butter on a side
- Lay a layer of alfalfa sprouts
- Put some slices of horsemeat sausage on top
Enjoy!
You can ofcourse use other kinds of sausages or just only add more veggies.
