My weight ~(°°~)
My weight always has been going up and down ranging from 77 to 90 some kilos in the past 2-3 years. Especially the past year it went up much. That’s a problem when you can cook, like many things and getting fast-food is easy too. (Availability is just about everywhere and every time in the “western world”). Next to the problem of eating is a nice way to fill a psychological/emotional/whatever empty void and instant gratification.
So, if I recall correctly, around the summer I was about 100 kilos. I have been on “diet” for 3 months and in Belgium for about a little less than that. I still eat quite a lot, 2 plates for dinner a day (see food pictures in older bloggings) and occasionally all kinds of belgian bakkeries’ bread and pastries as brunch/lunch. I just don’t overly eat too much any more and constantly due to depressions and or whatever. I’m also doing some irregular exercises and ofcourse more standing work.
Now I’m at 83 kilos again. Hmmm, I think I’ll make 75 kilos my ideal weight.

January 7th, 2007 at 11:58 pmAnd also I’ve noticed why I miss them tabs for the pages so much. Cause I call my pages “branches” and put them below the “foliage” (category) widgets. Which makes scrolling down just to click them in my tree/log setup/theme a big necessity.
Yeah, you could move them further up perhaps.
This theme isn’t really suited for adding in tabs at the top. I’m having a look around for more themes though, so we’ll see…

Aren’t you skinny and light, just only around 40-55 kilos? And if you are serious about losing some weight… You could try planning in doing some light exercise. Like always before your shower; doing 35-60 push-ups and maybe some sit-ups 35-50 soon as well or other types of exercise. You don’t have to do it before every shower or whatever. Just try to do it once or 3 times a week?
Also eat somewhat balanced and maybe try slightly “healthier” (more greens) at times. Just eat whatever you want, just not more than a plate or 2 a day D: If you ate too much one day, eat somewhat less another day
Also I’ve only been drinking water and no fizzy drinks.
