Batteries…
I hate it when phones die. It doesn’t just annoy me, it incenses me. I cannot stand it.
Especially if we’re soon to go to sleep, and I don’t get to say goodnight. And then I call back, and his phone is still being insolent.
I mean, it might be silly, but it makes me inexorably sad. I hate the last thing I hear or say to be arbitrarily cut off…
It is a terrible thing to have happen when a voice is all you’ve got.
But I know, it’s worse for some of you.
