Another day, another movie watched. This time, I was also responsible to do the speech before the beginning of the movie and was a bit nervous about it, but as it was sunny and warm outside and in the middle of the day, nearly noone was there – only about 10 people, which made my my job easier
So I said a few words about the film and the coming events of the festival and took a seat to watch the movie. It’s more or less a genre crossover between sci-fi-, spy- and action-movie and although it’s not a really good one, it was still fun to watch. But I’m pretty sure, that was the least good film in my festival-watching-plan. Tonight is the festival-party, so I’ll go to help with the preparations now – have a good night!
And the Oscar for the best speech before a movie during a Japanese movie festival goes toooooo – Johnny! Hero of the day. Next year you’ll do it in Japanese. I’ll come around to check on that.
The guy in the top pic looks familiar but I can’t for the life of me remember from where.
I was told, that he is some pretty famous actor over there. So you might have seen him in another movie.
No, I had a brainfart and he looks a lot like the only interesting character in Tokyo Drift, but it’s a different guy.
