1. I like how many small stalls and stores there seem to be as opposed to the trend here in Europe that came over from the US where all the small stores get nuked to make way for retail chain stores.

2. It’s also already happening in Japan, but I guess Chinatowns as special tourist areas enjoy some measure of protection.
