Food…

Here’s some old photos that were taken of some food dishes, ala Commsie-esque.

First off we’ve got a large stuffed mushroom which contains… herbs, garlic and cheese, grilled chicken fillets and some ciabatta bread. I wanted to start making a few more things for Garr and stuffed mushrooms sounded like a good dish :) The one I used was a portabellow mushroom, but I’ve found that using breakfast and monster mushrooms make a bigger dish.

And then next up a lovely Chinese meal :) Egg fried rice, chicken and mushroom with noodles and some little tasters… prawn toast, vegetable spring rolls, won tons and some prawn crackers :3

It’s been ages since I had chinese food *miss* I may have to attempt this, the student/charcoal way! :D And minus the complicated looking mushrooms and meat which I always seem to make myself ill on somehow… so noodles and rice! Hurrah! =P

Egg fried rice is actually the only thing that I find to my liking ^^; I nibbled on the other things, but blergh, left them all to Garr to finish and I kept to my rice and crackers.

And the chicken in the first photo was some mini fillets that were rolled in a flour and herb mix (~o_o)~ then grilled. I tried to mix a salad potato into the stuffed mushroom but the microwave kind of… killed it ^^; Maybe next time.
