Where’s the grundle?
Posted by Saint under Thoughts
So my last post was kinda weird. Ii’d like to apologize. It was frankly, bad. But I’m not going to delete it, since at some point in time I thought it was worth putting on the internet, maybe someone will have fun making fun of it.
that said, today I discovered the most phenomenally hilarious water fountain I’ve ever seen, located in the Porter-Baker hybrid building I like to call “Porker Hall”. And seeing as how water fountains aren’t too funny to start off with, you’ll have to understand that “phenomally hilarious” by water fountain standards means something like “that’s rather amusing* in a British voice (to get the dry british humour element.)
so what was so amusing about this fountain? fountains normally have a kind of stylized basin of some sort, usually round, or featuring a bar, so that water landing in the basin will be directed towards the lowest point, where the drain is. This fountain had a basin, so it was normal in that respect. What was NOT normal was the fact that the basin was in the shape of a pair of buttcheeks, as if an extremely heavy though normally built man had sat upon it, and crushed it into a smooth, butticle shape. It was like staring into the metal cast of a butt everytime you drank from the fountain. It was amusing. I mentioned it to my friends for some quick giggles, giggles-on-the-go if you will, gogles even, pronounced go-gulls, not gaw-gulls.
That and a quick update on the Hiny-Hider post I made near the beginning. So Wean Hall has Hiny-Hiders, but my dorm, Donner Hall, only has “General Partitions” stalls. Not that it’s a bad stall, it’s actually of similarly high quality. It’s a very practical and clean bathroom stall. Very likeable, and a good partition. It’s just boring, and uncreative. But highly practical.
