hold your horses

so i recently clicked a link. one thing and another, and stuff, and thanky thanky, wiki wiki, pediaaaaaa
now, i was originally going to do something i haven’t really done yet and that would be post about myself, like, personally stuff going through…journal stuff, the like. It was something i kinda wanted to steer clear of, i’ll let you the reader decide if i succeeded or not.
the zodiac thing struck me as a good place to start, but then it occurred to me that i didn’t have to. One of the reasons Chinese food is excellent is because it provokes reading. It has been proven by an opium-addled guy I met once in Mu(insert an UMLAUT! above that U baby!)nchen that the timely provision of reading material above and beyond the menu gives a 5% boost in a person’s literacy and reading cognation skills.
Seriously, think about it. You go to a decent Chinese restaurant, it’s not really prosperous, not really crappy, and sometimes there’s that little Chinese zodiac thingies. Those things are awesome, I don’t know how else to say it. It’s like an entertainment appetizer. I always end up reading mine, no matter what, and snicker about being compatable with goats. (heehee). Then, you get those fortune cookies at the end.
but my real question is, who produces that stuff? obviously there’s a company, but do they get screened on content? is there even like, a rating system or something? are there like, chinese stripclub fortune cookies that have like, porn messages on them? I mean, someone spent time and money desiginginginging those chinese zodiac placemats, they’re simple, but not outrageously simple, it’s like a designed simple. I’d like to meet a zodiac placemat designer someday. And marry her, and then get involved in an act of derring-do without a lot of dash…like robbing a restaurant.
“This is a robb’ry!”
blah blah blah
