So I don’t know if you overseas folk know about Nature Valley Granola Bars. They’re like the ubiquitous granola bar. Pretty much every single suburban family magically has a big box of them squirreled away somewhere in their larders. I don’t really understand why, but it oddly makes sense. Like, you look in someone’s larder for some food, you see a bunch of Nature Valleys, and it just doesn’t seem odd to you, and yet…I mean, it’s a freaking household name but it’s not the kind of thing that comes up regularly, yet’s it’s so ubiquitous. Seriously, how many people eat granola bars, and yet everyone has at least a couple of Nature Valleys tucked away somewhere. It’s so big…and yet, it just never seems it. Haha, yeah.
It’s pretty weird.
I can never finish a Nature Valley. I always get like halfway through and realize I just could care less. I force my way to 3/4 eaten and I’m ready to vomit thick gooey granola paste. That’s pretty much as far as I get. And I will carry it around for an entire day. I’ll be getting ready to go to bed and I’ll pull the rest of the miserable brick of granola out of my pocket, grimace at it, and throw it out. I have NEVER finished one.

Ok, on a different note. I protected one of my older posts, the quiz one. My real name was actually being searched for on Google Canada. Yeah, I know, why is there a Google Canada? Last I checked everyone but the Quebecois (is that right?) spoke English. Hell, they’re practically our 50th state. I think we it Alaska, but seeing as how we have probably the single smallest US state population in the US’ biggest state, it’s pretty safe to say nobody cares about Alaska. But everyone knows about Canada. I can’t say if they care. (This is all lies, I love Canada…just not when I get their coins as change.)
But yeah, I was a little perturbed to find that someone in Canada was searching for me by name since I don’t know any Canadians. So that blog post is now under protected, you’ll have to register to read it.

And that’s all folks, I tried to do a blog about my love of stat-whoring which would’ve lead off from how someone was searching my name, but I didn’t like any of my three drafts. I sometimes wonder how much respect people would lose for me if they could read all my discarded drafts.

And wow, ok, Nature Valley has a LOT more granola bars than I knew about. I’m talking about the green Honey and Oats bars.
Ugh.

yeah, I had one for breakfast. Maybe it’d be more appropriate to say I had 3/4 of one.

EDIT: haha, I hope all of you enjoyed that rambling briary hell of a first paragraph. I know I did. I had so much fun I forgot how much it sucked, which is why I’m reminding you.
Arharhar, and I was hoping I wouldn’t be reminded that I need respect to lose respect XP
