Transformers DVD; More choice than meets the eye.

Transformers DVD release
Just a little warning seeing as I’m guessing a lot of you are interested in the DVD release of Transformers.

There are a LOT of versions, not just the usual normal / extended / extra extended / HD DVD crap. Now also depending on where you buy it you either get an extra DVD with a ‘Transformers: Beginnings’ movie, or 2 mini figures, or a DVD box which actually can be transformed into Optimus Prime. So buyer beware.

    Omg. That IS a lot.
HD-DVD for me though (probably doesn’t feature the Beginnings extra…)

What could be worse then this?
Buying a movie on DVD and sometime later on seeing a re-release of the same movie with a super-duper mega special extended special edition version and ditto box >_

Well, seeing as the sequel has already been announced you can bet there’ll be more boxes and extra super uber special versions later on. Teh suck. Why not make one version to rule them all which has ALL of the extras and goodies included.

    My point exactly.
