On a stake. Of doom.

Posted on May 12, 2008, by XIII, under Happenings.

Good and fun barbecue last saturday.
(ps. it’s probably ‘on a stick’, but that totally slipped by me at the time.)
(pps. WordPress 2.5’s image uploader sucks donkey dick, I need a plugin to revert to the old one)

Not a very flattering picture of me.

Meanie.

The barbecue was fun. ^_^ Evie was quite content as well. She was even wearing her ‘Happy’ shirt.

LOL ‘on a stick’ indeed :P I guess we had to drink some more alcohol, X ;)
We had fun!

Small yard? Not so small…13×6 mtr :)

And the assembly of the grill took like…ages (2 hours actually but feels a lot longer when you are hungry) :P

why don’t you upload your pics to flickr or something like that and after you use a flickr plugin for wordpress?

Why would I dump my pictures on Flickr when I’ve got my own webserver? More control, more options, more space and cheaper on me Mac Mini.
I just need a plugin to offer the old functionality and html output.

But yuh, the yard is bigger than what I had (technically still have) in Dordrecht, also perhaps equally big to the house in Ridderkerk.

Flickr can be annoying at times, it’s nice to have a mass used back-up for quick sharings at times, I guess.
But yeah more control, options and shibbyness with selfness is better~

Haha, lovely. ^_^ Even though I’m certain I’m the most uh, dexterously-failtastic in the family, I somehow manage to be the one who does most of the assembly of such things…what with Dad refusing to read directions and mom reading them incorrectly. x_x;
It usually takes a while. I’m not good with erecting such devices. ]:

Believe me Helixy; if we hadn’t read the direction the thing would’ve either ended up crooked and collapsed before the end of the evening, or we’d have been standing there gaping at what to do next until the end of time….

Barbeque…. Of Doom!

You could go easy asian ghetto style~
Half a tin or whole tin. Coal or wood in, bar/lid over it after it is lit and put giant slab o meat.

The thing didn’t cost too much roight? o_o

I suggested we make it look some what like a barbecue grill frame then we throw sticks in it, light a fire and finally roast our meat and fruit over it.
