Running up that hill
Written on Mar 16, 2008 // Happenings.last sunday wasn’t my smartest idea ever. You can’t see too well how steep it was, but we were exhausted and out of breath when we finally got to the top. Fun in hindsight of course.
Sitting down for coffee I read that the three country point used to be a four country point between 1816 and 1919, with the now missing country of Moresnet. I’d never heard of it, much to my surprise. You learn something new every day.
