Running up that hill

last sunday wasn’t my smartest idea ever. You can’t see too well how steep it was, but we were exhausted and out of breath when we finally got to the top. Fun in hindsight of course.

Sitting down for coffee I read that the three country point used to be a four country point between 1816 and 1919, with the now missing country of Moresnet. I’d never heard of it, much to my surprise. You learn something new every day.

  1. Well, as long as you guys had fun, in spite of the exhausting experience that’s ok :) The scenery is great, seeing the pictures.
And thx for teaching me another thing or two about our own history ;) Interesting reading.

  2. Don’t you (we) always ‘plan’ things like that, about a walk >__>

  3. Steep AND somewhat winding. Things like this were the bane of my running days. xD

Oh, fascinating. And Wilhelm Molly’s desire was for them to speak Esperanto…hm.
Esperanto is intriguing. I’d like to learn it, just because. x3
