Forum or blog?
I made a topic on the forum about this but I figured it’d be interesting to check it here as well. As my blog here is becoming more popular it seems it attracts different people than the ‘old community’ we have on the forum.
So I’m asking you, whoever you are, when you read this;
1 – Do you check the forum?
2 – Do you prefer to read my ramblings here on the blog, or on the forum (assuming you read it as well), or both?
3 – If you do read both, do you prefer the kind of stuff I post on the blog or on the forum? I post a lot of random news on the forum, would you like reading that here on the blog? Maybe summarized, so a bunch of links with comments in 1 news post every few days?
4 – If you come here frequently, do you just randomly check the site for new entries or do you use an RSS reader?
Thanks in advance for any and all comments, they will help me improve things around here and hopefully make it more enjoyable.

3. I prefer the stuff you post in the blog. That doesn’t mean the forum stuff is bad. A summary wouldn’t hurt, but isn’t necessary for me.
4. I randomly check the forum and I RSS-read the blog.
…so yeah, a forum RSS-feed would be a welcome addition :)

2 – I go to the blog first but sometimes I just click straight onto the forum without reading your ramblings…
3 – It’s your blog and you post about the things that interest you or whatever so I don’t think it matters to the rest of us, we all still read ‘em.
4 – Sadly enough, I lurk every day but my bunny gives me RSS updates for the blog.
1)Yes, if there is something new.
2)I tend to read the blog first, and if there are any new topics in the forum I go and give some of them a look.
3)I don’t really read the news links, since my connection speed is quite questionable. If you did put them in the blog with a summary of some sort, I wouldn’t mind too much.
4)I just randomly check the new site every few days. I still don’t get how RSS Feeds work. I know someone here told me a while ago, but it just went over my head.

2 – Most of the time the blog first then forum, or forum first then the blog. Just which ever i feel like checking first.
3 – What humane and raven have said. Something among those lines. :S Having a writers block atm so their words are better than mine.
4 – I lurk alot, as for RSS feed.. o.O im still lost on that technology.. I don’t think i have one and if i do i don’t know how to use it or how use it properly. Don’t know a thing about it. So yes, i visit alot, checking the forums for something interesting and then the blog for any other interesting life things xD

2. I try and read both as much as possible, I’m more of a forum person though, to be honest.
3. well, it depends, I like the blog-style of having many links in one entry.
4. I’m too lazy to have RSS entries, so I check the site as much as possible.
