AideRSS is a new site which among other things can ‘analyze’ your blog and give you a list of your most popular posts.
I’m not quite sure which criteria they use to rank them, they do look at comments obviously but there are posts with less comments ranking higher than some with more.
Still, my most popular posts are apparently:
