Here’s a fun read about the trouble someone had to go through to report a bug:

They’ll probably refund the $35 now that it’s getting a lot of linkage, but I doubt they would have otherwise.
And I’d love to use to opportunity to do a little senseless Microsoft bashing if I wouldn’t have been getting increasingly annoyed with Linux and its inability to handle decent size backup tgz’s at a remotely tolerable speed… had to restore a users home drive from a 2GB tgz, it took about 10 minutes just to open the damn thing. Pathetic.
